LED Tube Diffuser Extrusion
Optical-grade PC/PMMA co-extrusion diffuser profiles manufactured under closed-loop dimensional control with wall-thickness tolerance ±0.1 mm. Light transmittance exceeds 92% per CIE 130 photometric standards; tuneable haze 30–95% engineers Lambertian or batwing intensity distributions. Formulation passes UV ageing per IEC 60068-2-5 and 120°C sustained thermal cycling. Cross-sections available: round, D-shape, flat-panel, opal and fully custom, with refractive-index matching minimising Fresnel losses at the LED–diffuser interface.

LED Parts Plastic Injection
Injection moulding on 50–850-tonne presses with engineering polymers including PC, ABS, PA66+GF, PBT and PPS. Gate-runner geometry and cooling-channel placement validated by Moldflow CAE prior to steel cut; shrinkage deviation below 0.3%, warpage under 0.2 mm/100 mm. Process capability Cpk ≥ 1.67 across critical dimensions. Advanced capabilities: 2K moulding, insert moulding, gas-assist injection and overmoulding. All tooling conforms to DIN 16742 tolerance grades with full first-article inspection (FAI) reporting.

Metal Stamping Parts
Progressive die and fine-blanking stamping at up to 300 tonnes on SPCC, SUS304, SUS316L and hot-dip galvanised sheet, gauges 0.3–4.0 mm. Dimensional accuracy ±0.02 mm (IT8) via 3D CAD/CAM die design with springback compensation; burr height ≤0.05 mm. Product scope: LED mounting brackets, spring retention clips, heat-sink fin arrays, electrical terminals and structural frames. Surface treatments—electroless nickel, zinc-iron phosphate, black oxide, powder coat—are fully compliant with RoHS 3 Directive and REACH SVHC substance restrictions.

Aluminium Diecast Parts
High-pressure die casting (HPDC) at 400–1,600 kN injection pressure using ADC12, A380 and A413 aluminium alloys per JIS H5302. Vacuum-assisted casting and localised squeeze casting suppress porosity below 0.5%, delivering bulk density ≥ 2.65 g/cm³. Minimum cast wall thickness 1.2 mm; thermal FEA confirms heat-sink junction-to-ambient resistance ≤ 0.8 K/W. Every casting inspected by digital X-ray and CMM per ASTM E505. Post-casting: 5-axis CNC machining to IT7, Type II/III hard anodising, TGIC powder coating and chromate conversion.

Aluminium Extrusion Parts
Aluminium extrusion at 1,500–3,500-tonne ram pressure using AA6063-T5 and AA6061-T6 per ASTM B221; tolerances per ANSI H35.2 Class A/B with minimum wall thickness 0.8 mm. FEM metal-flow simulation eliminates surface defects and maintains profile straightness within 0.3 mm/m. AA6063-T5 thermal conductivity ≥ 200 W/m·K is critical for LED heatsink applications. Artificial ageing to T5/T6 achieves Vickers hardness ≥ 80 HV. Downstream: Type II/III anodising, electrophoresis coating, PVDF and CNC machining to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm surface finish.
